We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Capital Projects & Construction to lead and oversee major construction initiatives on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be the primary lead for project delivery, ensuring all phases are executed within approved timelines, budgets, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
This role requires extensive coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to manage the lifecycle of commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for meticulous planning, financial oversight, and site supervision to ensure that all infrastructure developments meet technical specifications and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in commercial construction and project management.
Strong experience in managing contractors, consultants, budgets, and timelines.
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead project teams.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
Ability to manage complex project budgets and maintain financial control.
Strong problem-solving skills for managing on-site construction challenges.
Proven track record of delivering projects within strict quality standards.
Capability to handle multiple stakeholders and maintain project governance.
