MARKETING & PR MANAGER @ STARRICH
Starrich is looking for a dedicated Marketing & PR Manager to join their team in Dar Es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an annual marketing strategy that aligns with revenue targets while positioning the brand as a premium advertising partner. This role involves managing media engagement, maintaining a PR calendar, and ensuring corporate communications remain consistent with brand values. Additionally, the manager will oversee competitor asset mapping and pricing benchmarking to provide quarterly intelligence reports.
Beyond strategy, the Marketing & PR Manager will play a crucial role in business development by creating compelling pitch decks and proposal materials to support key account presentations. They will also be responsible for managing the marketing budget and tracking the ROI on all marketing expenditures to ensure financial efficiency. The ideal candidate must have a strong commercial mindset and analytical capabilities to navigate the competitive advertising landscape in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
5-7 years of professional experience in advertising, media, or FMCG sectors.
Proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills for competitor benchmarking and market mapping.
Excellent brand management capabilities and brand consistency oversight.
Experience in managing corporate communications and PR calendars.
Ability to create high-quality pitch decks and proposal materials.
Proficiency in tracking ROI and managing marketing budgets.
Strong commercial acumen and presentation skills for key account support.
Ability to produce quarterly competitor intelligence reports.
