GROUP BUSINESS DIRECTOR @ STARRICH
Starrich is seeking a highly qualified Group Business Director to join its senior leadership team in Dar es Salaam. This pivotal role involves overseeing multiple operating companies to ensure they function as commercially disciplined, performance-driven, and financially sustainable business units. The successful candidate will report directly to the Group Executive Chairman and will be responsible for leading group commercial performance, financial oversight, and strategic execution across the organization.

Key Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized institution.
A master's degree (MBA or equivalent) shall be considered an added advantage.
A minimum of ten (10) years' progressive experience in senior management positions.
At least five (5) years in a multi-business or group-level leadership environment.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to manage complex budgets.
Advanced analytical and decision-making capability to solve complex business issues.
Strategic thinking with a strong discipline for execution and achieving targets.
Leadership influence without operational interference, maintaining high-level oversight.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with various stakeholders.
High accountability and results orientation in a fast-paced business environment.
Ability to travel as required to different operating locations.
Expertise in organizational structure and performance optimization.
