FINANCE MANAGER @ STARRICH
Starrich is seeking a highly qualified Finance Manager to lead the financial operations within its hospitality division located in Moshi, Kilimanjaro. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for financial reporting, group compliance, and sophisticated cashflow and treasury management. This strategic role requires an individual who can oversee revenue assurance and cost control measures while simultaneously managing procurement and inventory management systems to ensure the company remains competitive and efficient.
In addition to operational oversight, the Finance Manager will be responsible for payroll management and optimization, alongside ensuring total adherence to all tax and regulatory compliances in Tanzania. The role is pivotal in providing management and business support to the group leadership, helping to steer the organization's growth. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of hotel operations and bring at least five years of experience to the table, ideally within a group-structured environment to succeed in this dynamic workplace.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in financial management.
At least 2 years of specific experience within the Hospitality and Hotel industry.
Professional qualification such as CPA(T), ACCA, or an equivalent certification.
Proven experience working in a group-structured organization.
Strong understanding of specialized hotel operations and financial workflows.
Proficiency in comprehensive financial reporting and ensuring group compliance.
Extensive knowledge of cashflow and treasury management practices.
Experience in implementing revenue assurance and cost control mechanisms.
Competency in managing procurement and inventory management protocols.
Ability to oversee payroll management and optimization processes.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian tax and regulatory compliance frameworks.
