FINANCE MANAGER @ STARRICH
Starrich is seeking a dedicated and strategic Finance Manager to join our dynamic team based in Arusha, Tanzania. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the finance department, ensuring the company's long-term financial sustainability, and providing actionable insights that guide our strategic decision-making processes. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in financial management
Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
Strong understanding of Tanzanian tax laws and regulatory frameworks
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to prepare and present financial reports to executive stakeholders
High degree of integrity and professional ethics
Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred
