OPERATIONS MANAGER @ STARRICH CONSULTING INTERNATIONAL
We are recruiting an Operations Manager to lead and streamline the internal processes of our client's business in Moshi. The Operations Manager will be tasked with improving efficiency across various departments, from supply chain management to service delivery. By identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices, the manager will play a key role in driving the company's productivity and growth.

Key Requirements
Degree in Business Management, Operations, or a relevant field
Proven experience of at least 4 years in an operations management role
Strong understanding of operational systems and workflows
Ability to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the workplace
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in budget management and cost optimization
Strong interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams
