Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Office Management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in managing office equipment and procurement
Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail in data entry and filing
Fluency in both English and Swahili
