St. Joseph Regional Hospital is seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Technician to join their pharmacy department. Owned and managed by The Registered Trustees of the Sisters of Our Lady of Kilimanjaro, the hospital has been providing exceptional healthcare services for twenty-five years. Located in South West Moshi, this role serves a significant population across six districts in the Kilimanjaro Region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical supplies and ensuring patients receive accurate medication instructions. This position requires adherence to strict professional standards and hospital ethical guidelines. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, the technician will contribute to the hospital's mission of providing high-quality healthcare and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences from a recognized institution
Full registration with the Pharmacy Council of Tanzania
Possession of a valid practicing license for the current year
Relevant academic qualifications and professional training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
Ability to work both independently and as part of a medical team
High level of integrity and professional ethics
Previous work experience in a hospital setting is an added advantage
Proficiency in pharmaceutical inventory management
Commitment to adhering to hospital policies and procedures
