St. Joseph Regional Hospital is seeking a qualified Medical Doctor to join its professional medical staff. Located in South West Moshi, the hospital has a 25-year legacy of rendering healthcare services. The Medical Doctor will lead patient care initiatives, provide expert diagnoses, and manage treatment plans for both inpatient and outpatient departments.
The successful candidate must be a motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a leadership team. Responsibilities include adhering to hospital ethical guidelines, participating in medical audits, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice. The role is central to the hospital's mission of serving the six districts of the Kilimanjaro Region with excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MD or MBBS)
Successful completion of a medical internship
Registration with the Medical Council of Tanganyika
Valid practicing license for the current period
Advanced clinical and surgical skills where applicable
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professional integrity and medical ethics
Work experience in a regional or referral hospital is an advantage
Commitment to continuous medical education and patient safety
