Key Requirements
Certificate in Nursing Assistant or Medical Attendant training
Relevant academic qualifications for the role
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
High level of physical fitness for patient handling duties
Commitment to hospital hygiene and safety standards
Professionalism and integrity in patient care
