St. Joseph Regional Hospital is currently recruiting for the position of Laundry Attendant to support our daily operations in Moshi. The role involves managing the cleaning, drying, and ironing of hospital linens, uniforms, and patient bedding to ensure a sterile and comfortable environment. Applicants must be diligent, hardworking, and capable of maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the entire facility. The hospital serves a population of six districts around the Kilimanjaro Region, making this role essential for daily throughput.
As part of the support services team, the Laundry Attendant will ensure that all departments have a consistent supply of clean textiles. This position is vital for infection control and overall patient satisfaction within the hospital. Candidates will adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines while carrying out duties according to professional standards and the scope of practice.
