The laboratory technician will play a crucial role in providing accurate diagnostic results to support the medical team.
The role involves conducting various laboratory tests according to professional standards and ensuring the highest level of accuracy in results. Key Requirements
Relevant Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences
Registration with the Health Laboratory Practitioners Council
Valid practicing license to perform laboratory duties
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Competence in using modern laboratory equipment and technology
Ability to communicate findings clearly to clinical staff
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling samples
Ability to work in a team-oriented hospital environment
Work experience in a clinical lab setting will be an added advantage
Knowledge of laboratory safety and hygiene protocols
