DRIVER (1 POSITION) @ ST. JOSEPH REGIONAL HOSPITAL
We are looking for a reliable and professional Driver to join the St. Joseph Regional Hospital team. The Driver will be responsible for transporting staff, patients, or hospital supplies safely across the Kilimanjaro region. This role requires a high degree of punctuality, a clean driving record, and the ability to maintain the hospital's vehicles in excellent working condition at all times. The hospital is located in South West Moshi, along Khambaita Road.
Located in South West Moshi, our hospital serves six districts, meaning the driver will frequently navigate various terrains and urban areas within the Kilimanjaro Region. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional professionalism and a commitment to the hospital's mission of providing quality healthcare services. Responsibilities include scheduling routine maintenance, ensuring all travel logs are accurately updated, and adhering strictly to traffic laws and safety protocols.

Key Requirements
Relevant academic qualifications for driving roles
Valid Tanzanian driving license with appropriate class
Professional training for vehicle operation and safety
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and professionalism
Previous work experience as a driver is an added advantage
Knowledge of Moshi and surrounding Kilimanjaro districts
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and checks
Adherence to traffic laws and hospital safety protocols
