St John’s University of Tanzania (SJUT) is seeking two Assistant Lecturers in Accounting and Finance to join the Faculty of Commerce and Business Studies at the Chief Mazengo Campus in Dodoma. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to undergraduate students and contributing to the faculty's research initiatives. Under the mentorship of senior academic staff, you will play an active role in consultancy projects and various public service activities that support the university's mission and community engagement goals.

Key Requirements
Master of Business Administration specialising in Accounting or Accounting and Finance
Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance
Minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.5/5.0
Minimum Master’s GPA of 4.0/5.0
Proven ability to conduct academic research
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively within an academic department
Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
Commitment to student mentorship and academic success
Proficiency in financial management software
