Sstep Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to lead the growth and adoption of SstepApp, an all-in-one digital school management and communication system. The system is specifically designed to enhance operational efficiency, financial management, parent engagement, and data accuracy for schools through its accessible web and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of educational institutions by identifying new business opportunities and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness. The role involves identifying and approaching key education stakeholders, including school owners and administrators, to demonstrate the value of the SstepApp system. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, hitting targets, and building long-term client relationships to ensure product usage remains high. Additionally, you will represent the company at school visits, exhibitions, and events while tracking performance metrics and gathering critical market insights to help improve the software. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
Previous experience working within the EdTech sector is highly advantageous
Strong communication and presentation skills for product demonstrations
Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Good understanding of digital marketing tools and strategy execution
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for building client relationships
Demonstrated ability to identify and approach key education stakeholders
