Sparkle Sprout Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS/Montessori Teacher to join our innovative educational team in Mikocheni, Dar es Salaam. Key Requirements
Recognized qualification in EYFS and/or Montessori education
Relevant experience in an early childhood or preschool setting
Deep understanding of child development milestones
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for parent engagement
Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate learning materials
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching young children
Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive classroom environment
Proven ability to manage classroom activities effectively
Proficiency in documentation and reporting on student progress
Creative approach to problem-solving in an educational context
