Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related business field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the hospitality sector.
Proven track record in successful supplier negotiation and contract management.
Strong understanding of inventory control systems and demand forecasting.
Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian local market suppliers and commercial regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for vendor relationship building.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
