As a Localisation & Operations Translator, you will be responsible for translating game-related content, announcements, promotional materials, reports, SOPs, and internal communications. You will also provide interpretation during meetings and training sessions, ensuring effective communication across all operational activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a strong grasp of digital platforms and gaming terminology, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Swahili — spoken and written.
Diploma/Degree in Translation, Languages, Linguistics, Business, or a related field.
Previous experience in gaming, localization, or customer operations.
Strong understanding of Tanzanian language and cultural context.
Excellent communication, interpretation, and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of digital platforms and gaming terminology.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professional consistency.
Proficiency in utilizing CAT tools or translation management systems.
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
