QUANTITY SURVEYOR (ROAD PROJECT EXPERIENCE) @ SOURCERE SOURCES
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with specialized experience in Road Projects to join our Tanzania operations. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of cost management, including initial estimations, procurement support, and final account settlements. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the project remains financially viable and that all contractual obligations regarding measurements are met.

Key Requirements
4 to 15 years of experience in quantity surveying for road projects
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Membership in a professional surveying body (e.g., RICS) is preferred
Expertise in preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Knowledge of international contract forms such as FIDIC
Proficiency in AutoCAD and measurement software
Strong analytical skills for cost forecasting and risk assessment
Experience in managing subcontractors and vendor payments
Ability to handle complex variations and claims
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
