This role involves meticulous project planning, progress monitoring, and the preparation of detailed billing reports to ensure all construction milestones are met and documented accurately. Key Requirements
4 to 15 years of relevant professional experience
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and billing
Strong understanding of quantity surveying and billing procedures
Experience in contract management and documentation
Ability to analyze project schedules and identify potential delays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working on international or large-scale construction projects
Willingness to relocate to Tanzania for project duration
