PROCESSING OPERATIONS TRAINER (1 POSITION) @ SOTTA MINING CORPORATION LIMITED
The Processing Operations Trainer is responsible for the comprehensive development, coordination, and delivery of training programs within the processing plant. This role is essential for ensuring that the workforce maintains high levels of competency and compliance with both company and regulatory standards. By aligning all training activities with the Annual Training Plan and the Training Matrix, the trainer ensures that operational efficiency is maximized and that all employees, contractors, and expatriates are properly equipped for their roles.
Beyond curriculum delivery, the trainer works closely with HR, HSE, and Maintenance teams to identify evolving training needs through Training Needs Analysis (TNA). The role requires a strong emphasis on safety and environmental best practices, making the trainer a key advocate for site safety culture. Successful candidates will manage training records meticulously and utilize their expertise in mining operations to mentor the processing team effectively, facilitating continuous improvement in site performance.

Key Requirements
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Processing, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
Recognized training qualification, such as Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, is preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years' professional experience in mining or processing operations.
Strong experience in developing and coordinating operational training programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to implement training plans in line with Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
Strong knowledge of processing and metallurgical operational requirements.
Ability to maintain accurate training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
