Key Requirements
2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
Proven ability to build talent pipelines independently
Strong research, sourcing, and passive candidate outreach skills
Experience with ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search)
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience sourcing high-volume or specialized roles
Knowledge of advanced sourcing methodologies
Fluent in English (written and spoken) for international business needs
Strong analytical skills to track sourcing metrics and pipeline updates
