PAYROLL TAX ASSOCIATE (JUNIOR) @ SOLVO GLOBAL
Solvo Global is hiring for the position of Payroll Tax Associate (Junior) based in Kenya. This is an on-site role tailored for junior-level perfiles looking to build a career in payroll and tax compliance within a fast-paced international setting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting tax compliance processes and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met for clients operating within the PEO industry framework.
The daily scope of work involves payroll tax reconciliations, preparing monthly and annual tax returns, and coordinating with internal teams for audit support. You will be expected to document client cases thoroughly and handle tax-related inquiries. This is a full-time opportunity from Monday to Friday that provides an excellent platform for individuals with an accounting or finance background to sharpen their technical skills in a global professional environment.

Key Requirements
Over 1 year of professional experience in Payroll or Tax compliance.
Demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills.
High level of attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Client-focused approach with a proactive and learning mindset.
FPC Certification is highly preferred for this role.
Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience within the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry.
Ability to perform federal, state, and local tax research efficiently.
Experience in managing and resolving tax notices and discrepancies.
