PAYROLL TAX ASSOCIATE (JUNIOR) @ SOLVO GLOBAL
Solvo Global is looking for a Payroll Tax Associate (Junior) to be based in Kenya. This position is designed for individuals who are starting their careers in tax compliance and payroll and are eager to work in a fast-paced international setting. You will be responsible for supporting tax filing and reconciliation processes, ensuring that all local and international tax requirements are met efficiently. In this role, you will conduct tax research, assist with audits, and manage the resolution of discrepancies as they arise. Providing top-tier client support through clear communication and accurate documentation is a key part of the job. This is a full-time position that requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting or finance and a desire to grow within the PEO industry.
Key Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in Payroll or Tax operations.
Strong analytical and organizational skills for complex data handling.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to meeting strict deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
Client-focused and proactive mindset in solving tax-related issues.
Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in the PEO (Professional Employer Organization) industry.
Ability to perform payroll tax filings and reconciliations accurately.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax research techniques.
Capability to resolve tax notices and discrepancies with internal coordination.
