Solvo Global is seeking a Payroll Associate to join their fast-growing team in Nairobi, Kenya. This on-site role focuses on processing daily payroll cycles accurately and maintaining employee records, including new hires and terminations. You will be responsible for supporting payroll audits, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy across all systems while troubleshooting any discrepancies. The role operates on a shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, requiring a high level of reliability and process discipline. You will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Finance and Operations departments, collaborating cross-functionally during busy periods. Candidates must have direct experience with PrismHCM, ADP, or Paylocity to be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is systems-savvy and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced international environment.

Key Requirements

1–3+ years of payroll or payroll administration experience. Hands-on experience with PrismHCM, ADP, or Paylocity (MANDATORY). Strong attention to detail and process discipline. Proven experience working with payroll systems and data accuracy. Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work the required shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing complex payroll data. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to troubleshoot payroll issues and escalate complex cases appropriately. Understanding of payroll compliance and statutory reporting standards.
