ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT @ SOLVO GLOBAL
Solvo Global is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant Assistant, also referred to as a Finance Administrator, to provide critical accounting and financial administrative support across various construction projects and divisions. This position is primarily focused on accounts payable processing, precise cost coding, vendor coordination, and meticulous job cost tracking. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CFO, Project Managers, and office leadership to ensure all financial records are accurate and that daily operations run smoothly within a fast-paced construction industry environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for entering and processing vendor invoices on time, verifying approvals, and assisting with subcontractor pay applications. The position offers a remote work arrangement with stable working hours aligned with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. The role requires high accuracy in document management, compliance documentation, and financial reporting support.

Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of accounts payable or accounting support experience.
Previous experience within the construction industry is highly preferred.
Proven experience with cost coding and job cost accounting procedures.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously with high accuracy.
Capability to work stable US Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
Experience in maintaining organized digital and physical financial records.
Knowledge of lien releases and construction compliance documentation.
Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with vendors and internal teams.
