Key Requirements
Previous experience in field sales or a customer-facing role.
Ability to assist in the supervision and motivation of sales agents.
Basic understanding of renewable energy systems and solar products.
Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer queries and complaints.
Willingness to be based in Mpeketoni or Maua regions.
High level of integrity and accountability in handling company resources.
Proficiency in local languages relevant to the assigned region.
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and sales pitches effectively.
