We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee relations at our location in Upanga. The role requires a deep understanding of labor law compliance, payroll management, and staff welfare. The HR Manager will be pivotal in developing human resource strategies and implementing training programs to drive organizational growth. The salary for this role is 1.5M TZS.
The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in the HR field and be proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office. Key duties involve managing attendance, handling disciplinary actions, and maintaining a positive staff culture. Candidates must be trustworthy, highly organized, and available to start immediately in the Dar es Salaam area.

Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management
Fluent in both English and Swahili
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
Trustworthy with a high level of organizational skills
Based in or near Upanga, Dar es Salaam
Ready to start the role immediately
Expertise in overseeing recruitment and performance management
Strong knowledge of labor law and compliance regulations
Ability to manage payroll, attendance, and leave records
