Soko Huru Customer Care is looking for 20 energetic and professional individuals to fill the role of Call Center Agents in the Telecommunications sector. Based in Posta, Dar es Salaam, these positions involve handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to provide top-tier support for telecommunication products and services. The role offers a monthly take-home salary of 850,000 TZS. Agents will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing billing discrepancies, and providing technical troubleshooting while ensuring all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the database. In addition to customer support, employees are expected to meet performance targets and follow up on potential leads to support business growth. Candidates must be prepared to work in a rotating shift environment and should be ready to start immediately. Key Requirements
Fluent in English & Swahili (spoken and written)
