The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of guest service, and managing staff performance effectively to maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Hotel Management
Three years of experience in the hospitality industry
Proficiency in computer applications
Valid driving license
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
Knowledge of hotel management software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Commitment to high service standards
