SnowView Hotel is seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to lead our efforts in promoting our hospitality services in Arusha. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing creative campaigns, managing our brand presence, and driving business growth through strategic outreach.
The successful candidate will be results-oriented and proactive in identifying new opportunities to engage guests and increase bookings. You will utilize your knowledge of the hospitality industry to enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation within the competitive Tanzanian market.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Marketing
Three years of experience in the hospitality industry
Creative and proactive mindset
Results-oriented professional approach
Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media
Excellent market research and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and networking capabilities
Ability to develop and implement marketing plans
Strong understanding of guest acquisition strategies
Excellent written and presentation skills
