SNOW VIEW HOTEL is looking for an innovative and highly skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Moshi, Kilimanjaro. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, developing exciting menus, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This role demands creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. You will manage kitchen staff, control inventory, and maintain a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen environment while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
