Key Requirements
Over 10 years of experience in electrical engineering management within the oil and gas industry.
Specific experience with continuous-process plant operations and gas treatment facilities.
Expertise in designing and managing high-voltage and medium-voltage power distribution.
History of leading engineering teams through successful commissioning and startup phases.
Advanced understanding of automation systems including SCADA and DCS.
Strong familiarity with international electrical safety standards and ESD protocols.
Proven track record in managing technical reliability for cryogenic or fractionation systems.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in remote locations.
Experience in international rotational assignments with a major energy operator.
Relevant University Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
