This Electrical Engineering Manager position is based in Ghana and supports a massive international energy project involving gas processing and cryogenic systems. You will lead the engineering department in ensuring the technical excellence of electrical infrastructure for midstream facilities. The role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of electrical assets, from initial commissioning through long-term operational maintenance and upgrades.
As a senior leader, you will be responsible for the safety and reliability mindset of your team. Key Requirements
Minimum 12 years of electrical engineering experience, with at least 5 years in management.
Extensive background in gas processing or LNG terminal operations.
Expertise in HV/MV electrical system design and asset management.
Success in managing electrical engineering scopes for plant startups.
Strong command of industrial automation and control systems (PLC/DCS).
Comprehensive knowledge of hazardous area electrical standards.
Demonstrated ability to drive reliability and efficiency in continuous-process plants.
Effective communication skills for leading diverse, multinational engineering teams.
Prior experience in remote rotational assignments in West Africa.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
