IT TECHNICIAN OFFICER @ SMARTUNA TECHNOLOGIES COMPANY LIMITED
Smartuna Technologies Company Limited is looking for a skilled, reliable and solution-oriented IT Technician Officer to join our growing team. The IT Technician Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems and networks, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include installing, configuring and maintaining computer systems, hardware and software. The incumbent will provide technical support to staff for hardware, software and network issues, diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems, and provide timely solutions. Additionally, you will monitor the company's network and internet connectivity, perform regular system updates, manage user accounts, and ensure the security and integrity of company data.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks and troubleshooting.
Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, IP addressing, routing).
Ability to install, configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
