SENIOR ACCOUNTANT @ SMART MINT CAREERS
Smart Mint Careers is looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant to lead financial operations at their Dar es Salaam location. This position requires a professional with at least five years of experience who can provide expert oversight of the company's financial health. Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of senior-level accounting or finance experience.
Must be a local resident of Tanzania based in Dar es Salaam.
Extensive experience within the Logistics or Fuel/Oil & Gas sectors.
Advanced expertise in preparing complex financial statements and management reports.
Deep understanding of Tanzanian tax laws and international accounting standards.
Proven track record in managing budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
Ability to lead and coordinate internal and external audit processes.
Experience in overseeing payroll systems and statutory deduction compliance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP-based accounting systems.
Exceptional attention to detail combined with a high degree of professional integrity.
