Key Requirements
Must hold a valid OPT, STEM OPT, H4EAD, Green Card, or US Citizenship status.
Must be currently located within the United States.
Must be a fresh graduate or an entry-level professional in the IT field.
Demonstrated knowledge in at least one core technology stack like Java, Python, or .NET.
Strong communication skills for interacting with recruiters and potential clients.
