MICRO MERCHANT PROJECT MANAGER @ SKYNET COMMUNICATION
Skynet Communication is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Micro Merchant Project Manager to lead and manage the Micro Merchant acquisition project in Dodoma, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving merchant recruitment, managing field operations, and ensuring the project achieves its performance targets. This role involves extensive fieldwork and strategic oversight of sales teams to expand the company's footprint within the micro-merchant sector.
The Project Manager will take charge of planning, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the project. You will be expected to recruit, train, and mentor a team of Supervisors and Sales Officers, ensuring that all daily field operations are executed efficiently. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase merchant acquisition rates while maintaining high standards of compliance and operational excellence.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management, sales management, or merchant acquisition.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within Tanzania when required.
Experience in Mobile Financial Services (MFS), Digital Payments, or Merchant Acquiring.
Ability to prepare and present detailed performance reports.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
