The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily accounts operations, managing financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of fiscal reporting. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our financial systems and supporting the wider property management team in achieving operational excellence.
The Assistant Accountant will handle tasks ranging from accounts payable and receivable to complex reconciliations and statutory compliance. Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounting or Finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
High level of integrity, accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP systems.
Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable effectively.
Understanding of tax and statutory compliance regulations.
Experience in property accounting or related real estate finance.
Strong analytical skills for budgeting and financial analysis.
