CALL CENTER OFFICER (5 POSITIONS) @ SKOA INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE OF HEALTH AND ALLIED SCIENCES
SKOA International College of Health and Allied Sciences, located in Dar es Salaam, is seeking five energetic and motivated Call Center Officers to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing incoming communications, providing essential information to prospective students and parents, and supporting the administrative functions of the college. The ideal candidates will be under the age of 25 and possess a certificate or diploma in any professional field, with an added advantage for those with IT knowledge. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inquiries regarding health and allied science programs, assisting with the registration process, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. You will work closely with the Registrar's office to ensure that all queries are addressed promptly and professionally, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the institution. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence and the ability to work in a fast-paced educational environment.
Key Requirements
Holder of a Certificate or Diploma in any professional field.
Knowledge or experience in Information Technology (IT) will be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Candidates must be 25 years old or younger.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and database management.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
High level of patience and empathy when dealing with student inquiries.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for record keeping.
