We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our engineering business unit in Mwanza. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining operational processes, ensuring safety compliance, and managing daily logistics and production workflows.
The Operations Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and maintain project timelines. You will be expected to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in project management software
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Swahili
Experience in the engineering or construction sector
Strong budgeting and resource allocation skills
Willingness to be based in Mwanza, Tanzania
