Skills Hub is recruiting for 10 Sales Representatives on behalf of a prominent Insurance Company located in Masaki, Dar es Salaam. The primary focus of this role is to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance market, effectively promoting and selling a range of insurance products to both individual and corporate clients. The successful candidates will be tasked with providing professional advice and guidance, ensuring that clients receive insurance solutions that best meet their specific needs and financial goals. This position is ideal for results-oriented professionals who excel at building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
In addition to direct sales activities, the Sales Representatives will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets to drive company growth. Candidates must be proficient in preparing regular sales reports and updates for management to track progress and identify market trends. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a competitive environment. The work location is based in the Masaki area of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related field.
Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the insurance market.
Proven capacity to promote and sell insurance products to individuals and corporate clients.
Skill in providing professional advice and guidance on insurance solutions.
Strong track record in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Capability to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
