Key Requirements
O-Level Certificate.
Certificate in Food & Beverage from a recognized college.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
Well-groomed appearance representing the hotel's premium brand.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse guests.
Experience in coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service.
Proven ability to upsell food, drinks, and other hotel services.
Proficiency in handling billing and explaining payment methods clearly.
Proactive attitude in gathering and reporting guest feedback.
