Skill Crew Group is currently seeking motivated and disciplined individuals to fill Security Guard positions in Dubai, UAE. This is a significant opportunity for those looking to build a career in the security industry within a fast-paced international environment. The role involves maintaining safety and order, monitoring premises, and ensuring the protection of assets and personnel. Selected candidates will be granted a 2-year work permit and will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to high standards of security.
The position requires candidates to undergo the SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) test, which includes both physical and written components. Successful applicants will benefit from provided accommodation, uniforms, and transportation to and from the workplace. Please note that the duty schedule consists of 12-hour shifts daily for 30 days a month with no holidays. While the visa processing is fast-tracked within 7 days, candidates are responsible for self-funding their food and flight tickets to Dubai. This role is ideal for those with strong physical stamina and a commitment to professional security service.

Key Requirements
Must be physically fit to pass running and jumping tests.
Ability to perform push-ups as part of the SIRA physical assessment.
Successful completion of a written examination for security certification.
Minimum educational qualification of 10th or 12th Grade pass.
Age between 19 and 45 years at the time of application.
Minimum height requirement of 5'7" for males and 5'5" for females.
Basic proficiency in the English language for communication.
No visible tattoos on the body.
Willingness to work without turbans as per security uniform regulations.
Readiness to commit to a 2-year work permit in Dubai.
