REMOTE DUT RECOVERY TECHNICIAN (25 POSITIONS) @ SKALENSEMI
The Remote DUT Recovery Technician position at SkalenSemi is a critical role designed to ensure continuous uptime for engineering hardware. Based in Gdansk, Poland, this hybrid role operates on a 24/5 schedule across three shifts to provide around-the-clock support. Technicians are responsible for the remote recovery of devices under test (DUT) and troubleshooting hardware and software issues that arise during the testing cycle. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess strong technical diagnostic skills. You will use a variety of remote access and monitoring tools to maintain system stability and resolve technical bottlenecks. As part of a large team of 25 technicians, you will contribute to the smooth operation of SkalenSemi's global infrastructure from the Gdansk hub.
Key Requirements
2 to 6 years of experience in technical support or hardware recovery.
Proven experience in remote DUT (Device Under Test) recovery.
Proficiency in Linux environments and OS-level commands.
Ability to work in a 24/5 shift rotation (3 shifts).
Strong experience with remote access tools like KVM and SSH.
Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Grafana and Zabbix.
Experience in hardware support and technical troubleshooting.
Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Gdansk, Poland.
Strong communication skills for coordinating remote technical activities.
Knowledge of Python or scripting for basic task automation.
