Skalen Semi is currently seeking experienced professionals for the position of Staff Post Silicon Validation and VLSI Hardware Lab Technician to be based in Poland. This recruitment drive is aimed at supporting a large-sized IT and global design services hyperscaler, focusing on high-level semiconductor validation projects. Candidates will be responsible for post-silicon validation, silicon bring-up, and hardware debugging to ensure the performance and reliability of semiconductor products. The position requires a deep understanding of SoC, ASIC, and FPGA architectures, as well as proficiency with EDA tools and system-level validation. Please note that this role is specifically for individuals with extensive industry experience ranging from 8 to 20 years; applications from interns or freshers are not suitable for these positions. Work will be conducted in state-of-the-art facilities located throughout Poland.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 8 to 20 years of professional experience in Silicon Validation or VLSI Hardware.
Proven expertise in Post-Silicon Validation and hardware debugging procedures.
In-depth knowledge of SoC (System on Chip) and ASIC design cycles.
Experience with FPGA validation and system-level testing methodologies.
Ability to use advanced laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Strong understanding of silicon bring-up processes and EDA tools.
Familiarity with firmware validation and its interaction with hardware components.
Experience working with hyperscale IT or global design services clients.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for complex hardware issues.
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, large-scale design environment.
