Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in Fintech.
A strong portfolio showcasing excellence in both UX and UI design work.
Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
Ability to translate complex financial workflows into simple, elegant user interfaces.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and how design translates to front-end development.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with product managers and engineers.
Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining design consistency.
