Key Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in sales, with 2+ years in a management role within the FX sector.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
Proven success in implementing sales strategies that lead to measurable growth.
In-depth knowledge of FX trading platforms and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve complex client issues.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and team priorities simultaneously.
Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related business discipline.
A results-driven mindset with a high level of resilience and persistence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce or similar CRM.
