Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within the FX or financial services industry.
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales and growth targets.
Deep understanding of Foreign Exchange (FX) products and market dynamics.
Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with high-level stakeholders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a significant advantage.
