Key Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing SAP Incentive Management (SPM/CallidusCloud).
A preference for candidates with 5 years or more of relevant professional experience.
Proven expertise in SPM Reporting and system configuration.
Deep understanding of incentive compensation business processes.
Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
Experience in translating business needs into technical reporting specifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and team members.
